The white Sukkah Ashkelon

A historic and unique building located on the coastline of Ashkelon. The building was renovated from the ground up while maintaining the existing materials and using materials compatible with the daily environment. The building was renovated and designed by the company that served as the developer and general contractor. During the renovation and construction, a polished concrete floor was poured, cladding for the building, stairs leading to the beach, an office building in a paved area intended for events, and a rock that isolates the building from the beach. The unique location of the building is between two cliffs on the coastline allows the public to reach a clean, quiet and calm beach.
