In this project, our company served as both the developer and the executive contractor. The advantage of establishing a project of this type is reflected in several areas, such as: construction and architectural planning, electrical planning, water planning and sewage systems. 
The ability and knowledge of our company in this field is measured by the quality of the work and the short schedule that serves the customer. This project includes the construction of a 1000 square meter hangar with a prefabricated ceiling where the entire building does not contain support columns in the middle of the space and in fact the entire building is one large space that allows the buyer a wide range of options. In addition, a stone cladding was carried out with a finish of colored schlicht outside the building and smoothed concrete on the floor and on the prefab roof.
