Tear Down and New Construction project (TMA 1) an example of our company acting both as an entrepreneur and as a contractor carrying out a project. An advantage of this type is reflected in the fact that our company itself takes care of the execution of the work, a short schedule, concern for the existing tenants and follow through with the project until Form 4 is received. This project contains, the foundation of the building, the strengthening of the skeleton itself, the construction of balconies for the entire building. Construction of dimensions for the old apartments and the new floors, replacement of water and sewer systems, replacement of the gas and electricity systems, renewal of the solar systems, underground parking for cars, construction of an elevator shaft. Also, two more floors were built where three new apartments were added on the 5th floor and a penthouse plus mini-penthouse was built on the sixth floor. The project is located in the old north of Tel Aviv, close to Ibn Gvirol and the axis where the light rail will pass.
